Oh man, I forgot I haven't posted anything yet today. We'll see if I can keep up the daily posting! I've been working on my second paper for Apes and Human Evolution, and my French homework. Sadly, I didn't get any of it done this weekend. This week is going to be really intense, with another paper due on Thursday, and a practical and final on Friday. I think I'm going to need a vacation! (Har har har :P)
Church today was more normal, I think. Relief society was first--this ward is pretty large! I think I'm too used to being in my small Chicago branch, hahaha! I went to the French-speaking Sunday school for young adults, and there were eight of us, including the teacher. Two from Portugal, two from Venezuala, one from Poland, two from France, and me :) We talked about baptism, and I gave the closing prayer :) It was a good lesson, and I really enjoyed it. But, I seriously need to get out of my American hand shake habit. It totally betrays my trying-to-be-French! I just find it weird to be so close to the face of someone I haven't even met yet! Hopefully by the time I go home, I'll have a new habit to break :) ASSIMILATION, people :P
I got to talk to my family today, which was nice, again. My throat's getting worse. I'm not going to let this stop me. Tomorrow I'm meeting up with one of the French people I met for dinner/drinks (?). Now to finish this darn paper!!
