What? You say I'm procrastinating studying for my final by posting in this blog? What an accusation!! I did finish my paper, though, if that counts for anything...though I've yet to read it over. It might all be rubbish ( :P ). This sickness IS NOT helping me concentrate. I can't think about studying because I can't think about much of anything. I'm just praying a lot and hoping I somehow can recall all the stuff I've heard and seen over the past three weeks. Now is just sooo not a good time to be sick!
But, I am pushing forward, whether my body wants me to or not! This weekend, we're taking a trip to the northwest of France. We'll be able to see the beaches involved with D-Day as well as the memorials and museums and such. I heard the coast is also very beautiful. The town in which we're staying is not supposed to be very large, so hopefully it will be a big difference from Paris and we'll be able to experience another culture. There's also the annual Apple Festival going on this weekend, so we'll probably stop by there and make our own cider! Maybe...if we can find it, haha. I think it will be a very nice weekend, and a wonderful vacation after the end of this week.
The weather is supposed to be decently nice, high fifties/low sixties. Actually, now that I'm looking at the forecast, the high is 62, low is 33. What good is that?! So, it will either be warm or cold? Good to know. :P But! It's not supposed to rain, so that's good!
Also, I think the hostel will have internet...but I'm not totally sure. So, if you don't hear from me until Sunday, worry not!! I'm experiencing the less-technological side of life :)
